Error: Enter the person or organization benefiting from the ads in this ad set

   In Ads Manager open the left menu and click on Advertising Settings

   Click on Default beneficiary and payer

3. 3.

   Fill out the Beneficiary and Payer for the European Union

   

4. Make sure that the ad account that you're setting the beneficiary for is the same one you're using in SmartSavvy. You can see this on the top right of the screenshot - select the right ad account.

   Once you set the beneficiary and payer you can launch the campaign again.
